Answer the Question, Professor Plimer

George Monbiot goes head to head with Professor Ian Plimer, but fails to get a straight answer out of the Australian mining geologist.

Ian Plimer is on the money about money : all the Copenhagen negotiation lines seem to be leading to one thing : Carbon Taxation – or a floor price on Carbon Trading – effectively the same thing.

And that won’t achieve very much.

The Copenhagen deal should be about cutting emissions, not attempting to throw guilt money at the problem and failing to absolve anything.
