		<description>I have followed Lomborg and seen him present.What he now proposes is not a defeat. He has always argued thats its better to invest in new technology to deliver new energy, rather than invest and set undeliverable targets to reduce carbon emissions which will never be met.Targets set by politicians today who will be out of office and unaccountable when these targets hit the wall.
In the UK I lobbied 40 years ago for major investment in nuclear energy ...when coal was king( and nobody cares about emissions).....where are these politicians now ???.</description>
